Description

We are easily attracted by beautiful buildings with various color of blocks and bricks, artificial stone, mortar, etc. However, efflorescence here and there, mold in the shade, and water seepage from walls are very serious problems.

The purpose of water repellent treatment for exterior walls of buildings is divided as follows: ① maintainment of the intended appearance of buildings and ② stopping water seepage from the walls.

Water repellent for buildings is sprayed on the exterior walls, penetrates into the wall, and forms breathable water repellent layer. The silicone networked layer prevents water from penetrating into the walls so that the problems due to water penetrating such as efflorescence, steel corrosion, freeze and burst can be prevented.

Bangsulee NR-200 is based on reactive silicone compound (silane/siloxane). When sprayed on the walls, it penetrates into the walls and water repellent layer. The layer can be breath and stop water seepage from exterior walls so that efflorescence, steel corrosion, freeze and burst, etc. can be prevented.

Bangsulee NR-200 is water based and environmentally safe water repellent for buildings.

Coverage Rate

The coverage of 0.3ℓ/㎡ is recommended usually. Coverage rate depends on the porosity of surface, slope of surface and atmospheric conditions. The coverage needs to be determined before application.

Application Recommendation

• The effect of Bangsulee NR-200 depends on its full and equal penetrating. It should not be applied to the surfaces that have been otherwise coated or oiled. Such surfaces must be cleaned before application.
• It is best applied by means of low-velocity spray unit. If the spraying velocity is too high or the spraying angle is vertical to the surface, it will be splashed back and not fully penetrate into the surface. Spray it from the top of surface for uniform application across the entire surface.
• Keep water not to run over the treated surface at least for one day. It should be cured fully for more than three days.

Caution

• Please, protect near windows and cars before application
• It is alkali solution so it may stimulate skin and eyes. Be sure to wear protective outfit.
• Wash out the exposed skin after applying.
• It should not be applied when the temperature of the surface is below freezing and over 40℃. It will freeze or water evaporates very fast. In these cases, it can not fully penetrate into the surface.

Safety
